How do I book for my event?

How far in advance should I book?
We ask you book at minimum 4 weeks in advance.
What if I just want a quote?
We kindly ask that you fill out our questionnaire so we can fully understand your event and its needs.
How far do you travel?
Based in Siloam Springs, AR we are happy to travel up to 45 miles. Additional miles would mean an additional cost.
Do guests pay individually or is it prepaid?
All events are prepaid based on your confirmed guest count. An invoice for the total number of guests must be paid in full to secure your booking.
If you would like guests to contribute or cover their own cost, we kindly ask that this is arranged directly between you and your guests prior to the event.
